Their journey so far
Originally operating from their family home, Heavenly Boxes have grown over the past two years, to achieve some key milestones. They have secured dedicated business premises, enhanced their online presence and are now able to support one permanent, and two temporary team members. Expanding the team has meant they are able to expand their offerings, create more gift options and improve their service speed and efficiency.
Alongside the business benefits, this growth has allowed them to create job roles within their local community and also reclaim some personal time to achieve a more balanced work and family life.

Having heard about the support Business Kirklees offer via a friend, and with no prior experience in running a business, the Heavenly Boxes team reached out in order to receive guidance to ensure they had the right support to turn their vision into a successful reality.

Mohammed was introduced to Start Up Business Manager, Tracy Sheldon, who connected him to the Business Kirklees Workspaces Team at Batley Business Park. He was then able to identity suitable, affordable office space which allowed them to move out of our home into a business environment. They have also received support with planning, networking, training, a grant to enhance our website and mentorship through the Ad:Venture programme.

Looking to the future
Heavenly Boxes aim to continue expanding their range of gift options, whilst enhancing their customer experience by offering more personalisation and faster services. Ultimately, their priority is to grow the business to a point where the Directors can step back slightly, trusting a strong team to keep things running smoothly, while continuing to spread joy through beautifully crafted gift boxes.
