Ignition Works is a strategically located development opportunity forming a key component of Huddersfield’s emerging health and innovation district. The site has capacity to accommodate over 20,000 sq.m of high-quality employment floorspace, including laboratories, advanced manufacturing and flexible ‘tech box’ space, with scope to respond to developer and occupier requirements.
